As for training and racing, everything has been mostly normal for the past few months. I fell really far behind on the blog, but I do have September-Early November written (up until States), so let me know if you want that posted. It's in draft form, likely with numerous spelling and grammatical errors so I'm not sure if that's better than nothing. Coming up, I may take a short day trip on Friday to hike Mount Monadnock and will hopefully resume running the following Monday.

Little Rhody Video
Unfortunately, both due to injury (tendonitis) and taking time off, I did not compete in the world's greatest trail race this year, the Little Rhody Runaround. I wanted to be involved in someway and tried my best to capture the running going in couple. Given more resources and time, this video would have likely been much better as the quality is not great. However, it may be my longest race video I've recorded. I've placed it below if you'd like to take a look. Press the youtube button for a better video.
